Megan joined our team in 2023 and has since grown to play a crucial role in the BEC Dental family. Megan obtained her degree as an Oral Health Therapist from Charles Sturt University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Oral Health.
Megan has been accepted to pursue a Master of Clinical Medicine at the University of Newcastle and a Graduate Certificate in Oral Health (Advanced Clinical Scope) from the University of Sydney, allowing her to expand the scope of her clinical practices. Megan currently serves on the branch committees of the Australian Dental and Oral Health Therapists (ADPHTA) and the Dental Hygiene Association of Australia (DHAA)
Megan strongly believes that oral health has a significant impact on one’s entire health and is passionate about preventative care and educating patients on how to properly manage their oral health. Megan is particularly interested in the treatment and prevention of periodontal disease as well as the preservation of dental implants and fixed prosthesis.
Thanks to her kind manner of therapy, Megan’s patients enjoy every appointment with her as she finds happiness in relating to and developing relationships with her clients.
