Dr Kirthi Kosalram

Bec Dental is extremely proud to have a registered specialist prosthodontist, especially one of this calibre, Dr Kirthi Kosalram, join our team of talented clinicians, further raising the bar of excellence.

Kirthi graduated as a dentist in 2000 and received her Doctorate in Prosthodontics (DCD) from the University of Sydney in 2013. Kirthi then worked at practices in both, private and public sectors. In addition, she taught Prosthodontics at the Universities of Melbourne and Sydney.

As a specialist, Dr Kirthi is exceptionally accomplished. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons, an active member of the International College of Prosthodontics, member of the Royal Australian College of Dental Surgeons ( Prosthodontics) She is also a Fellow of the prestigious International Team for Implantology which has extremely rigorous entry criteria, and is a Victorian ITI Education delegate.

These qualifications ensure that she has the necessary training to provide the best possible outcomes for complex cases, such as rebuilding bites and rejuvenation of broken down mouths. In situations where there there have been failures of previous dental treatments, Dr Kosalram frequently provides second opinions and furnishes comprehensive solutions.

As a specialist prosthodontist, Dr Kirthi is best placed to deal with loose crowns and bridges, lost veneers, mismatched crowns and implant restorations and any other problems with crowns, bridges, veneers, as well as implants, and to provide solutions which give patients long term stability, and restoring confidence in their smiles.

In her spare time, apart from spending time with her family, Kirthi enjoys travelling, reading and music.
