We take dental records (photos, x-rays) and perform a 3D digital scan of your teeth. From this we can give you an indication of what your teeth will look like after Invisalign treatment.
A custom-made comprehensive digital plan is created which determines the number of aligners you will need, the specific tooth movements required, and the length of time you will need to wear the aligners to achieve your desired outcome.
Your treatment will be closely monitored, usually reviewed every 6-8 weeks. New sets of aligners are issued at each Orthodontic visit. As you change to a new aligner (every 1-2 weeks), your teeth will move gradually and gently. You will need to wear your aligners for 20 to 22 hours per day to ensure the treatment is effective.
